Our photo albums have 50 - (25 double sided pages) with a pocket at the back to store extra items. 

Unfortunately no, all our albums our permanently bound. With a total of 50 pages, we believe there will be more than enough space to cover your little one's whole school journey.

With the USB cable supplied, simply plug in your Keepsake Book into your computer or laptop, the drive will pop on your computer & you use the drop & drag method to upload your videos.  

Absolutely yes. We have included an uploader for you which is on each products page. Once your file is uploaded & received we will upload to your album for you & post it out already done. 

This is a personal preference. As their are lots of different editing apps & some are more complex than others. We found Vixer(paid), Imovie & video merger are quite user friendly. You could also edit 1min Instagram reels if you are familiar with that & then merge all the 1min videos together to a longer version. Lots of options! Best to research to find what suits you best. 

Yes you can, when you are ready you can plug in your book to your computer & upload your video. 

The battery lasts for about 2-3 hours however It can last on standby for 3-5 months if it is fully charged. We recommend as soon as you receive your book to fully charge it before use as they only come partially charged. Fully re-charge your album at least every 3 months, if you leave your battery flat for too long they battery will no longer work, just like any battery. 

Yes you can, you can put as many videos as you like as long as its within the 8gb capacity. 

Any normal video format, mp4 & mov works fine. Format settings must be 1080p & must be exported at 25FPS & no higher.

We recommend exporting HD films but no higher then 1080p & must be exported at 25FPS & no higher. 4K films are not compatible yet with The Keepsake Book. With the HD screen 1080p is still amazing screen quality. 

Yes, rename your files to for example 001,002,003 & so forth. This will have them sort in numerical order.
